EPP Sponsors Southeastern Electric Exchange (SEE) 2010 Annual Conference
Hammonton, NJ – March 2010 – Emergency Preparedness Partnerships (EPP) is excited to announce that the company will once again be the sponsor of the Southeastern Electric Exchange (SEE) Annual Conference & Trade Show. This will be held June 23 – 25, 2010 at the Doral Golf and Resort Spa in Miami, Florida. The conference was attended by over 680 members and industry partners, with an additional 50 speakers.
Founded in 1933, the Southeastern Electric Exchange is a non-profit, non-political trade association of investor-owned electric utility companies. This is accomplished through the activities of the Association’s working groups. The SEE holds over 25 working group sessions annually, conducts over 175 utility benchmarking surveys annually, coordinates up to 10 mutual assistance events annually, and coordinates an annual conference and trade show which features over 90 booths.
The Southeastern Electric Exchange is based in Atlanta and operates with working groups that are categorized into 3 divisions: Finance, Accounting and Customer Service; Engineering and Operations; and Administration. SEE members include AEP, Duke Energy, BGE, Entergy, PECO, FirstEnergy, PP&L, CenterPoint Energy, Southern Company, TECO, Dominion, FPL, ConEd, DP&L, LG&E, Florida Public Utilities, SCE&G, CLECO, TNMP, ONCOR, OG&E, PEPCO Holdings, and more.
